so first off, dark circles are a major painnnnnnnnn ..everybody either thinks you havent slept for a week or they think you are on some sort of drug. but we all no thats not the case for many of u..most people are born with dark circles but other reasons are either lack of sleep. to hide dark circles the key is to use a really good concealer such as make up forever it might be pricey but it does the job good. theres more extreme things like bleaching the skin but thats a waste. the best possible solution is to wash your face regulary with cool water. Puffy eyes...well this usually happens, either from allergies, after waking up, or if you cried. to reduce the puffiness try garnier which has a rollerball and as u apply a cool gel goes under ur eyes causing the swelling to decrease.. if you want to hide with make up then add eyeliner on the top lid only and apply mascara on the top lid only and then apply loose powder under ur eyes.

so theres obviously no make up trick to make your eye color appear different other than weat contancts. but for people who want a color change forever thay can visit a panamanian doctor or find a opthalmologist who changes eye color. the procedure is about 10 minutes long and there are some problems that can occur during the laser surgery such as infections.
