Eyeliner is a pretty tricky thing to grasp. people either apply the liner either too high above their lash line or they apply it with a unsteady hand which makes it look like you have a ocean wave on your eyelid. before you even apply the eye liner, you have to buy one thats good for your eyes, either liquid line or gel liner. if your new you should start with a creamy eyeliner pencil. it takes much practice to achieve the lid liner look but when you get the hang of it, its a piece of pie =]

These brands are extremlyy amazing but dont forget that if you end up buying a gel liner make sure you buy a brush along w/ it.
