Work/School Look

Back to reality...

After a wonderful winterr breakkk....noww that christmas and new year are "finito" its time to get rid of those crazy reds and greens and go back to more neutral and work/school friendly make up.
For those of you that attend school:

Wear light colors its not like your going to a fashion show or walking on the runway..so be chill about your make up. in other words wear something like dream matte mousse, which goes on very lightly and doesnt look like you have layers and layers of foundation you want to look natural without looking naturall..because wee alll know that in order to be natural you must wear make up to achieve that look ( note: not everyones blessed w/ flawless skin).

Next, you can either use the dream matte mousse rouge (blush) or where M.A.C.'s "Posey"which is about $18. 50.
*Below the blush is obviously not the actual blush color..it is there to show you guys the textureee of the blush.

For eyes you can use the Bare Escentuals Get started Kit $49, and you can get that light and natural look to cover up those tired eyes.

Finally for lips go with either a clear lipgloss orrrrr go with chapstick :0

For those of you who go to work:

You guys can go with a M.A.C. studio fix foundation or you too can wear dream matte mousse.

For blush i reccommend a bronze color and contouring. for example you can make contour lines with a concealer stick.. i use NW45 which is the darkest one since i really like deep contouring and i go over it with Blunt blush..for those who dont want to go so dark you guys can use a lighter contouring blush or concealer stick and then on the cheekbones add M.A.C. "Margin."

For eyes go with either the Dior 5 colour" All in one Artistry set- nude pink design " ($56) or go for the Cargo- Essential Eyeshadow Palette ($32) which shows you where to apply the eyeshadow, but ofcourse you can always mix it up and use the shadow labeled "Crease" as a outercorner shadow or however you like.

Finally for lips go with a nude gloss or a light pink gloss. you can use the Cremesheen Gloss from M.A.C. in either Boy Balt or Partial Pink ($18) . For a nude color you can use the M.A.C Tinted LipGlass in the color "Revealing" or "Explicit" ($14).

If you want to get any of these items you can purchase them at sephora/M.A.C. store or online:
